Overnight oats have become a staple with me – as part of a sumptuous early dinner, a scoop into a small bowl when the cravings start or as a healthy and quick breakfast! I really didn’t make much of it until I moved house and found myself stuck with loads of items to sort through with little to no time to do it.
Enter my Imagination. I quickly googled quick breakfasts and overnight oats came up among other items. I was intrigued and decided to give it a try....

Who doesn’t love trends? Trends are easy to identify, relate with or just curate information from. You may not like the latest vogue but hey don’t be anti-trend! The month of August ushered in two things, fresh Rain and New Yam! Don’t mind my sarcasm, I love the rain. I just don’t feel it’s needed...
